Monday WRites 105

[photos in this Mosiac: 1.Variegated leaves of Peacock Ginger Plant in my garden// 2.Peacocks and hens 3.Peacock at Wildfowl Trust, Point a Pierre Trinidad]

Pretty pretty bird
Of you so much i had heard

Now we stare and stare
Still you only hold dear

To your garland display
For us no wings in array

You folded them tight
Held there with all your might

Pretty pretty bird
To call you vain is absurd
